The organization of the port isn't the best, but Snav's service is excellent. On the way back, we wanted to bring our timetable forward and we were allowed without any bureaucracy.

Ticket is valid for several months. We were unable to open the online ticket due to a lack of internet data. However, we were able to use the ticket for the return journey to the airport.

It is a safe and economical way to go to the airport, it picks you up at the port, then stops at the train station which is where it fills up and stops.

Well over 100 people were waiting for a bus. Luckily I got to the bus stop an hour early. So I made it to the plane on time. But only because quite a few people had to go to the cab rank before me because otherwise they would have missed their plane.

The driver is friendly and the route is well organized, as there's no need to wait between a full bus and one that arrives empty to continue picking up passengers. Efficient for 5€.

It's very convenient to know that from the station, or the port, of Naples, there's a way to get to the precise airport. Even if the queue is sometimes long, there is a fairly high frequency of Alibus, which ensures transportation for everyone... Online payment is very practical

sur le billet de réservation il y avait la géolocalisation de l'arrêt du bus .. ça a été facile à trouver .,et le transfert a été très rapide . Nous sommes satisfaits
I had entered an incorrect email address, so the tickets could not be sent. After a short message to headout, the matter was resolved promptly. Fast and competent customer service.

We were only able to take the second bus, but even this one arrived quickly. The organizer made sure that no one got in between the queues. Thank you for that!

Great solution to get to downtown. Took very long until the bus came. The line got longer and longer, people crawling in front. In the bus too many people. You could not look outside what was very ja.mer

Waited about 20 mibutes at Naples airport which was fine. Queue was a lot longer on our return due to a train strike which caused traffic chaos. We probably waited 45 minutes but we'd left ourselves extra time so this will all done
It was poorly signposted to where the bus picks up. There was no luggage space, so you had to keep your suitcase inside the bus. There were a lot of people going on the bus and the bus was overcrowded with people and suitcases.

The purchase of tickets online is very convenient, I downloaded the application and you have them in PDF just to present them on the bus.

Bus frequency and proximity to the ferry terminal. It's a shame that bus departures aren't better signposted.

It was my first time in Napoli and taking the bus. The bus drive was customer friendly and very polite when I asked him question. We got to the airport on time with no delayed.
The bus went on time, we had places to sit. We traveled to the airport early in the morning, so the traffic was not bussy like during the day, thats way we were in our destination earlier than we thought.
Excellent service!!.left on time from the port to the airport. Comfortable and with AC. I would take it again and recommend it.

Very easy to generate a ticket online with qr code. Alibus stop a little away from the airport, but still within walking distance.

Bus was driving frequently, short trip from air port to city and vice versa. Ticket buying was okay but it was not easy to get an e-ticket, this could be done more easier.
Easy and practical, good price €€€€€€€€€€€ 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Easy to use bus tickets. Glad we didn't have to stop inside the airport to buy them as we were already running late due to flight delay. Bus was cram packed but we were on it for less than 5min. Would use again.
Très pratique et rapide pour rejoindre la ville où l'aéroport, avec un prix très raisonnable. Par contre, manque de place dans la navette, notamment pour les bagages qui encombrent le passage
Very useful and safe, economical means of transportation that allowed us to go from the airport to the train station comfortably.

We had to queue behind people who didn't have tickets. Unnecessary internet fees
